We’re always seeking new opportunities to expand our network of managed business centres across the UK - and have ambitious plans to grow to 40 centres in the next three years.

We are particularly keen to consider joint venture opportunities. We have an unrivalled track record of working in partnership with local authorities and regional development agencies to develop and operate enterprise and innovation centres. Where appropriate, we’ll also pay introduction fees.

What we are looking for:

Sites of one to three acres.
Sites that can be ‘stand-alone’, or part of a larger commercial or mixed-use development.
Locations that are established commercial sites or areas undergoing regeneration.
Suitable existing premises – especially if they are currently trading as a managed workspace or serviced offices.
