Another successful Hub!

Business centre, Basepoint Shoreham, recently invited Gerry Thompson of Positive Comedy Training to discuss presentation skills at their free business networking event on Thursday 27th April.
Gerry drew from his background as a stand-up comedian to help attendees from over 30 local businesses learn how to present confidently and effectively. By explaining plenty of practical pointers, Gerry demonstrated how to go about presenting with more confidence, impact and audience engagement.
Grace Surtie, Assistant Manager at Basepoint Shoreham, commented, “We had a great turn out to the Networking Hub and Gerry gave a fun and informative presentation on how to improve and build confidence in all types of public speaking. We had positive feedback from our attendees who had a chance to connect with other local businesses, swap ideas and maintain relationships at the event.”
Shoreham's next hub will take place on 29th of June.
