Super chocolate cake comes out on top
The fantastic entries for the Basepoint Bake -Off this year included All butter shortbread,Vanilla,strawberry and Prosecco cupcakes and a Banana and dark choc chip loaf.
A super chocolate cake baked by Yvonne MacKay won 1st prize .Yvonne shared her secret to success stating that no eggs or butter where added to the recipe ,the inclusion of olive oil created the super light and moist creation which went down a storm with the judges .
