In this series of articles, we will be putting one of our customers in the spotlight to learn a bit more about their business and what they think of Basepoint. This will give you an insight into the type of customers we have in our centre and some first-hand feedback from businesses currently using our services.
Our first client is Abby Elliott from Blake Flooring Ltd.
Welcome Abby, tell us a bit about what Blake Flooring offers.
Blake Flooring was established in May 2019, so a very new company.
We offer solutions to both commercial and domestic building. We offer a wide range of flooring options and serve the business and private communities across Hampshire. We also have a roofing part of our business, Blake GRP Roofing, which has been an established business for 2 years, but right now we are focusing on the flooring side of things after the success of the roofing business.
Great, and are there any USP’s that Blake Flooring Offers?
Yes, we offer a price guarantee and a price match scheme, so we are very competitive in the market. We offer quality services, exceptional efficiency and the highest level of professionalism. You should absolutely look us up if you are looking for any type of flooring service.
What’s the company working on right now?
We are currently focusing on the flooring side of the business. Our roofing company has been very successful, and we would like the flooring side to follow. We are working on some large commercial contracts which will be a great start. We plan to make the Blake brand one that is recognised across the county.
Finally, what do you think of Basepoint?
As you’re a new customer this is a real first impressions review.
I absolutely love it so far, great first impression of Basepoint. I love the location, the high spec that the centre has. It has a real intimate feel to it and the service feels more personal; you don’t tend to get this at other business centres. I think that because of this I will build better relations with the professional staff. Its great value for money and looks after loyal customers. We have been with Regus for 2 years, so we were looked after when we decided to use the services of Basepoint as they are part of the same company.
