Team Lead, Community Sales Manager

Lucy joined the Basepoint team in November 2010 as Assistant Centre Manager, moving up to Centre Manager in February 2016.
Prior to joining Basepoint, Lucy gained experience in a variety of fields such as Sales, Customer Service and Retail.
Lucy works closely with a variety of local businesses and contacts who can offer support and services within the centre, such as Seminars, Workshops and guest speakers for Networking events. She encourages a collaborative and supportive community feel within the centre and local area, working together and promoting business growth.

When not at Basepoint Lucy enjoys crafts, spending time with Friends and Family and visiting new places both in the UK and abroad.

Community Manager

Ria joined Basepoint in November 2020 as Community Manager. When not at work, Ria enjoys things like gardening, knitting, crocheting and baking.  Her career started in 1965 and has experience in various capacities, such as compliance and Executive Assistant roles.  At Basepoint Andover, Ria feels more at home than in any other occupation and enjoys supporting our valued customers on a daily basis.
