We'd just like to say a few words regards the excellent level of service we received when relocating to Folkestone Basepoint. Moving house and business at the same time over one weekend is no easy task and we wouldn't recommend it, however what really made it easy in relocating the business was the flexibility of Basepoint and the professionalism of the staff that run the Folkestone centre. From our initial enquiry right through to the actual move the correspondence, service and help has been great. Compared to what you get on other local industrial/office parks Basepoint is so much more in tune with what clients need, from instant high speed broadband and phones to onsite meeting facilities and cafe. Since moving in to the centre we have been made welcome, not only by other tenants, but also by the Basepoint staff. The Assistant Manager, regularly goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating, as does the Centre Manager. The centre is busy it makes a great place to network with other like minded companies. There is also a large car park, and street parking within the local area, and as there is no allocated parking there is no arguments over who parks where. On top of all the facilities provided by Basepoint, there is an onsite cafe (Amy's Cafe) where the customer friendly owner and staff will go out of their way to accommodate any requests.

It is a year now since I officially took on my unit at Basepoint, Shearway Business Park, Folkestone. I live very close to the offices and previously operated my accountancy business purely from home but reached the point where I had outgrown the space available there. I looked at various offices but was impressed by the security offered by your offices and the all-inclusive rental payment. The takeover was straightforward and I was able to move in over a period of time to suit me. The offices were clean and well decorated when I moved in, and the well maintained communal areas in and around the building make you want to retain this level of cleanliness. The management and reception staff are always friendly but professional, and look to generate a community spirit within the complex. You are left very much to get on with your work but at the same time feel part of a working community. I now aim to spend an increased amount of time at the offices as my work output definitely increases when I am working there. I would be happy to recommend the offices to anyone looking for self-contained, secure, clean and reasonably priced office accommodation.
