Andy joins us with a wealth of experience within the Health and Fitness Industry, originally starting off as a Personal Trainer and Kickboxing Instructor and up to the position of multi site General Manager for a few national operators.

Caroline joined the Basepoint team in January 2006. Before joining Basepoint Caroline worked in various administrative roles and in conference and events. When not at Basepoint, Caroline likes to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys her local zumba class.

Steve joined the Basepoint Southampton team in May 2016 after spending time working in facilities and events.

Outside of Basepoint Steve loves to walk his dog, enjoys eating chocolate and listening to Rock music.

Steve has enjoyed meeting a lot of new faces since he started and is looking forward to putting his DIY skills to the test.

Ilona joined Basepoint in September 2018. Before joining Basepoint Ilona worked in various roles in the hospitality industry and also in  Accounts .

When not at Basepoint Ilona likes to travel , learn new languages and is also a fan of football and old movies.
