Basepoint Tewkesbury are looking forward to taking part in the World's Biggest Coffee Morning on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support. The event will be held in our breakout area on Wednesday 28th September from 10:30.
It has been a while since we have had the opportunity to hold events in our centre and this will be a chance to catch up over a cuppa and a slice of something delicious for a great cause.
One in two of us will face cancer, and the money we raise at our Coffee Morning will help everyone with cancer to live life as fully as they can.
Everyone welcome so please bring along family and friends. We look forward to seeing you!

A major scheme designed to reduce congestion around the M5 junction at Tewkesbury and cut traffic flow through Ashchurch has taken a step forward. The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) today announced the award of £1.5 million to the county council to support its proposed M5 Junction 9 and A46 (Ashchurch) Transport Scheme.
A significant investment is needed for the development of the M5 Junction 9 and A46 (Ashchurch) Transport Scheme Outline Business Case (OBC) of around £14million. In total, £8 million was approved last year by the county council’s cabinet. The £1.5 million announced by the government today will form part of the remaining £6 million needed for this work.
